A compassionate space to be with your loss & grief
Loss touches every life, yet each experience of grief is uniquely our own. There is no right way to grieve, no timeline to follow, and no expectation of how you should feel.
I offer one-to-one holistic grief support for those seeking a gentle, compassionate space to explore their experience of loss. Together, we make room for whatever is present—whether your loss is recent or long ago, whether it has changed your world quietly or completely.
My role is not to fix or guide you towards a particular destination. It is to walk alongside you, holding space with presence, compassion, and care, while gently supporting you in finding your own way through.
My holistic approach
Every person arrives with a different story, and every session unfolds in its own way.
Alongside compassionate conversation, I may gently weave together practices that support your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, including meditation, embodiment, mindful movement, breath awareness, ritual, and aromatherapy where appropriate.
These practices are never prescriptive. They are simply invitations—offered with sensitivity and adapted to your needs, your pace, and what feels supportive in the moment.

A Single Session
A one-off session offers space to pause, reflect, and receive compassionate support around a particular experience, question, or season of loss.
It may be the beginning of your journey, or simply the support you need in this moment.
Ideal if you would like to:
• Feel heard in a safe and compassionate space.
• Explore a recent or long-held loss.
• Receive gentle practices to support you.
• Experience my approach before deciding on further support.
The Grief Journey
For those who feel called to explore their grief more deeply, I offer a five-session journey.
Meeting over time allows us to build trust, gently deepen the work, and create meaningful practices that continue beyond our sessions together.
This journey offers space to:
• Explore your relationship with loss.
• Develop supportive rituals and practices.
• Reconnect with your body through gentle embodiment.
• Create moments of reflection, remembrance, and meaning.
• Integrate grief into your life with compassion and presence.
Is this right for me?
You may feel drawn to this work if you are living with bereavement, anticipatory grief, pregnancy loss, relationship loss, life transitions, identity changes, or any experience of loss that has touched your heart.
You do not need to have the right words, or know where to begin.
You simply need to arrive as you are.
A gentle invitation
If this way of working resonates with you, I warmly invite you to reach out.
Whether you’re ready to book a session, curious about creating a personal ritual, or simply wish to ask a question, I’d be honoured to hear from you.
